I have read and understand The Fresh Community Market Rules and Regulations 2024, and agree to abide by them

AHS Food Safety Basics for Farmers' Markets

I will send a copy of my AHS Food Safety Certificate to farmersmarket@whitecourtchamber.com and have a printed copy on display at my booth for every market

I will not be selling any food or beverage products

In order to comply with the Personal Information Protection Act: I give consent for the Whitecourt and District Chamber of Commerce to disclose my name, company name, email address and/or telephone number to those persons inquiring about my products, and for the promotion of The Fresh Community Market. I also give permission for photos of my booth/ products to be used in promoting The Fresh Community Market.

Payment Method- Seasonal Vendors

I will e-transfer the full amount to manager@whitecourtchamber.com

I will arrange payment in cash with the market manager

I will arrange payment via debit or credit card with the Market Manager

Payment Method- Weekly Vendors

I will e-transfer the full amount for all of my registered dates to manager@whitecourtchamber.com

I will e-transfer the amount for each weekend prior to that market

I will arrange payment via debit or credit card with the Market Manager

I will pay cash each Saturday morning prior to the market opening
