ECHO Society is a charitable non-profit society that is a service provider in the Northcentral region of Alberta since 1998 throughout Whitecourt, Mayerthorpe and Fox Creek. Our mandate is to support individuals with disabilities to attain their full potential. The society is governed by a volunteer board of directors and is funded primarily through the Government of Alberta (Persons with Development Disabilities) and community initiatives such as fundraising and donations. We are proud members of the Disability Services Northcentral Alberta along with twelve other service providers. We provide an array of training and lifelong learning support services to enable individuals with disabilities to become a valuable part of their community.
